Refund Policy

Our orders are processed by **Paddle** (our Merchant of Record). Paddle provides checkout, billing, tax, and order support on our behalf.

Refund window
We offer a **14-day refund** from the date of purchase — no questions asked.

How to request a refund
1. Find your **Paddle receipt** (sent to the email used at checkout).
2. Reply to that email to request a refund, **or** visit **[paddle.net](https://paddle.net)** → **Order Support** and use your order email/ID.
3. If you can’t find your receipt, email **[email protected]** and we’ll help locate it.

> Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email when it’s processed.

What you’re buying
You are purchasing **iPoints**, a virtual currency used only inside our game to buy **cosmetic/appearance items**. iPoints are digital goods, delivered instantly to your in-game account, and have **no real-world cash value**.

Timing
Approved refunds are typically processed within **3–10 business days**, depending on your payment method and bank/card issuer.

Chargebacks
If you’ve already opened a chargeback with your bank or PayPal, please tell us or Paddle so we can avoid duplicate processing and resolve your request quickly.
